If a curator accepts your song you will receive a report and encouragement to share the playlist add on social media. This works so well and allows the curator to continue about their day, instead of the need to remember to add your song when they have time. The service also makes sure the placement happens in their playlist instantly if they approve, adding the song near the top of the curators playlist. What’s neat about this is that it is the same amount of clicks for a curator to add your song as it is for them to discard it.
Curators’ performance is also measured on detailed feedback (not just saying “sorry, doesn’t fit”), listening to the song in full, and how long a song stays in their playlist. Curators can earn payment for reviews of their songs, with opportunities for raises based on the performance of their playlist (monthly listeners and followers). The best part is that they get paid when they listen and respond, so there is more incentive for them to do so.
